The Placement Testing Center administers the COMPASS Exam and a variety of other tests to determine student academic level, course readiness, and placement.
The Placement Testing Center is located in the Academic Support Center in room 1109, phone: (312) 850-7238.
1. The College Placement Examination is completed on a computer and can take up to 3 hours to complete the entire testing process.
2. A valid photo ID and PeopleSoft number are required in order to test. (A student without a PeopleSoft number can be issued one in the New Student Services Center, room 1502).
3. DO NOT BRING CHILDREN TO TESTING WITH YOU. Children are not allowed in the testing area, and children cannot be left alone or unattended.
