Audiovisual Department

The Audiovisual department is located within the library in room 2608

Hours of operation are:
Monday-Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. on Saturday
The college is closed on Sunday

 

The following equipment is available for college use:

• TV / VHS playback, TV / DVD playback, AV cart (includes data projector and PC), Overhead projector with screen for transparencies, 35mm slide projector with screen, PA systems with microphone and CD / Cassette player, VHS Cameras (you operate), VHS Camera (AV operates)

Important information

• All reservations must be made online
• To make a reservation you will need a user name and password
• To obtain your username and password please email jmgarcia@ccc.edu
• Confirmation of your user name and password will be sent to you via email
• All reservations require 24 hour notice

 

Equipment will be delivered and picked up during hours of operation. Equipment that is used after the hours of operation should be returned to the security office in room 1208
