The Plant department can assist you with following:

• Grounds upkeep
• Routine Maintenance
• Lighting
• Heating & Cooling concerns
• Furniture cleaning/moving
• Carpet Cleaning
• Event Set-up
• Unlocking Offices

 

For minor items such as replacing a light bulb, please contact the Plant Department at 312.850.7230

For larger jobs a work order must be submitted.

 

After obtaining the approval of your appropriate Dean, submit your work order request directly to the Engineering Department Room 0111.  A paper work order must be signed by the appropriate Dean. However if you prefer an email may be sent directly to the Chief Engineers (replacing the paper form of a work order) if the email comes directly from your corresponding Dean. For work orders submitted on paper please make 2 copies. Attach one copy to the original, and keep one copy for your records.
