Obtaining Transcripts Information
*** HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO OBTAIN A OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT? ***
- The first transcript is free; each additional mailed transcript is $5.00.
Same day counter service:
Come into the Registrar’s office at Malcolm X College (rm. 1502) for same day transcript service.
- $5.00 if first transcript
- $10.00 for each additional transcript
**** WHAT INFO IS NEEDED IN A WRITTEN TRANSCRIPT REQUEST? ****
- Your name at the time of enrollment
- Your student identification number or social security number
- Your date of birth
- School attended and date of enrollment(s). This is very important.
- Complete mailing address for each official transcript
**** WHERE DO I SEND MY WRITTEN TRANSCRIPT REQUEST TO? ****
- Send your written request for a transcript, with your signature included on the request, to the Malcolm X College Registrar's Office.
