Pharmacy Technology
Pharmacy technicians assist and support licensed pharmacists in providing health care and medications to patients. Licensed/Certified pharmacy technicians perform many duties as pharmacists and most of those duties are performed under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist of that state especially in dispensing medications to patients. While pharmacy technicians can perform work as licensed pharmacists, some state laws may limit the duties that a technician can perform.
